Shipping

Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. *EDIT - During the Christmas Period, Royal Mail have announced many strikes that will be taking place. Please take this into consideration when ordering as it may affect when you receive your order. This is out of my control and I can only apologise*

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  For orders over £40, second class shipping is free. For orders over £70, first class shipping is free.

 

Standard shipping is despatched via Royal Mail Second class postage and are expected to arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping cost is calculated on the weight of the order

Up to 100g - £1.50

100g – 500g - £3.00

500g - 3kg– £4.50

3kg + - £10

 

You may wish to upgrade to first class delivery at checkout, in which you will receive your products within 1 - 2 business days.

500g - 3kg – £6.99

Collection

After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipping.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@phoebewright.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@phoebewright.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
